Official Giveaway Rules — Fifty-Five Plus × SkinImpact LED
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Fifty-Five Plus × SkinImpact LED™ Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by 1577038 ONTARIO INC., operating as SkinImpact LED™ (the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period
The Contest will be publicly announced on November 16, 2026. The online entry form was made available before that announcement, and all otherwise eligible entries received before November 16 will also be included in the draw.
The Contest closes on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, including Québec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, directors, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the Fifty-Five Plus Giveaway entry page, complete the required information and submit the online entry form.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Purchasing SkinImpact LED products does not increase the chances of winning.
Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning.
5. Prizes
There are three (3) prizes available, with one prize awarded to each confirmed winner.
Each prize consists of one complete SkinImpact LED™ system, including:

One LED device/system designed for the face, neck and décolleté

Three full-size SkinImpact LED serums

Two SkinImpact LED creams
The approximate retail value of each complete prize is C$843, based on the advertised component values. The total approximate retail value of all three prizes is C$2,529.
Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, except for the qualifying purchaser option described in Section 6.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
6. Special Option for Qualifying Purchasers
If a confirmed winner purchased the qualifying C$279 Fifty-Five Plus Reader Offer directly from SkinImpact LED during the giveaway, including the period before its public announcement, that winner may choose either:
Option A: Receive the complete SkinImpact LED™ prize described in Section 5, with an approximate retail value of C$843.
Option B: Decline the additional physical prize and instead receive a full refund of the amount actually paid for one qualifying purchase, including applicable sales tax and any shipping charges paid.
The choice is entirely voluntary. The refund option has a lower value than the advertised C$843 physical prize. No winner is required to choose the refund, and no additional payment will be made for the difference between the two alternatives.
The Sponsor may verify the qualifying purchase before issuing the refund.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
On December 2, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The three prizes are available across the eligible geographic area without a separate regional allocation.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified using the email addresses provided when entering.
Each selected entrant must respond within five business days of notification and correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.
The Sponsor may require reasonable verification of identity and eligibility and a declaration confirming compliance with these Rules.
If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate potential winner may be selected at random.
9. Prize Delivery
Physical prizes will be shipped to confirmed winners at eligible Canadian addresses at no cost to the winners.
The Sponsor intends to ship prizes within 30 days after winner verification, subject to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Prizes will be distributed without undue delay.
10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Personal information submitted through the entry form will be collected and used as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award and deliver prizes, prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.
Consent to receive marketing communications is separate and optional. Entrants who decline marketing communications remain fully eligible to enter and win.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available on the SkinImpact LED website, and applicable privacy laws.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify entrants who provide false information, submit automated or duplicate entries, attempt to interfere with the entry process or otherwise violate these Rules.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the fair administration of the Contest, the Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with applicable law.
Winners are responsible for determining whether any tax consequences apply to their prizes.
The Contest is subject to applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial laws. Nothing in these Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
