Your SkinImpact system is covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.
If you decide that the system is not right for you, email:

Reasonable use of the skincare during your 30-day trial is permitted.
The guarantee is intended to allow you to genuinely try the SkinImpact system. Products that are substantially incomplete, intentionally damaged, abused or returned with major components missing may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Shipping
For a return made under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
If the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was sent, SkinImpact will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for customer-paid returns.
Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing time after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

One-Year Limited Device Warranty
The SkinImpact LED device includes a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
